- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 5-year-old girl who experienced vomiting for 3 days, preceded by a three-day history of febrile illness. Cited are the findings of physical and laboratory examinations such as cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) evaluation and brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) which led to the diagnosis of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD), and the cerebral presentation of MOGAD syndrome.
