The article discusses regular exercise as an effective therapy for patients suffering with type 2 diabetes, and states that there exists a particular time in the diabetes duration, when exercise training is most effective. It discusses a research study conducted to analyze the impact of high daily and high weekly frequency resistance training program on curing short standing and long standing diabetes in patients.
