- Abstract
The article presents a case study on the treatment of salt toxicity in Hallikar Bullocks in India. One of the bullocks has been observed for neurological signs of discomfort, profuse salivation and severe thirst due to the intake of two kilograms of salt mixed in a small quantity of water. The intravenous administration of isotonic fluids with Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate, and Manitol were proven effective to most the bullocks.
