- Abstract
The article reports on a study to evaluate the efficacy of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-a antagonists in treatment of psoriasis and mentions impact of formation of antidrug antibodies which results in subtherapeutic drug levels and loss of efficacy. It discusses investigations on the use of etanercept and adalimumab in psoriasis patients. It also mentions influence of plasma drug levels and formation of antidrug antibodies, on efficacy of adalimumab.
