- Abstract
The article discusses how federal and state laws to combat doxing, swatting and other malicious cyberharassment fail to protect their victims. Topics covered include background and history of laws pertaining to cyberharassment, courses of action the Texas legislature may take in addressing and crafting laws proscibing cyberharassment, and updates to language in existing laws to better address particular issues caused by various forms of cyberharassment.
