Sleeve gastrectomy, Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy, Staple line leak, Obesity, Fistulojejunostomy Herein, we report a patient presented with peritonitis 1 week after sleeve gastrectomy who underwent open fistulojejunostomy in the first step and was referred to our center 48 hr after the operation due to an anastomosis site leakage.
