- Abstract
The article presents case study of a 5-year-old male child with patterned skin lesions and various physical abnormalities, including intellectual development issues, short stature, umbilical hernia, and facial dysmorphism. The skin examination revealed multiple pebbled papules forming ridges symmetrically distributed over different body parts. Radiological evaluations showed skeletal abnormalities, and skin biopsy confirmed excessive mucin deposition.
