- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 41-year-old African American man with acute promyelocytic leukemia after a year of renal transplantation. He is presented to a physician with a history of fatigue and treated with tacrolimus, mycophenolic acid, and prednisone. It states that delay in diagnosis or late in treatment may result in catastrophic bleeding and death.
