The article describes the case of a 76-year-old man who was found to have a typical nodular basal cell carcinoma (BCC) during a histopathologic examination. The patient presented with a solitary ulcerated lesion on the left nipple. This is one of the few reported cases of BCC involving the nipple-areola complex, as most BCCs are found in sun-exposed sites.
