- Authors
Hunter, George W.
- Abstract
The article discusses the findings of a study of science teachers in various junior and senior high schools in the United States, to determine the trends and problems of science teaching in the secondary schools. The study showed that majority of teachers believed that science courses are closely related to each other than they were ten years ago. Several excerpts taken from the answers of respondents concerning the issue of science enrollments are given. The study also showed several methods used by respondents in order to adapt the work to the needs and abilities of the non-college group.
