- Abstract
The article presents a study conducted by chemists to investigate the impacts of altering the concentration of three various emulsifiers with high, low and medium Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance numbers. Chemists used the design of experiment software to set up a factorial design to examine the interactions and correlations of chosen additives. The test results revealed that blooming and foaming were within the projected range while emulsion stability was better compared to projected range.
