- Abstract
The article focuses on the influence of growth parameters on the structure of YBCO thin films prepared by sequential deposition and annealing (SDA). According to the growth process, the annealing temperature, the annealing time per period, the thickness per period are the three most primary growth parameters which affect properties and structure of SDA grown YBCO thin films. At each proper annealing temperature there existed a proper annealing time per period to get good superconducting transition properties. Too long or too short annealing time both deteriorated the superconducting transition properties of SDA grown YBCO thin films.
