- Abstract
The article reports the clinical, operative, and imaging findings of a 40-year-old male patient with left subclavian artery aneurysm rupture secondary to aortic isthmic coarctation. Subclavian artery aneurysms are rare peripheral aneurysms (SAA) mostly caused by atherosclerosis. SAA are rarely seen as complications of aortic coarctation and rarely result in aneurysm rupture.
