This article recalls the author's experiences with poet Allen Ginsberg. The poet came to read poetry at the newly opened William Carlos Williams arts center. The author first read Ginsberg in college, along with the novels of Jack Kerouac. He favored "Howl," "The Fall of America," "Kaddish" and "Mind Breaths."
