- Abstract
This paper establishes a mathematical model for analyzing and predicting China's water resources. It first makes a macro-level early warning forecast for water storage across the country. The forecast adopts the revised forecast and linear forecast methods considering different weights. The macro warning of China's water supply and demand shows that the forecast result is in accordance with China's existing forecasts, and the error is less than 5%. The coupling model based on the Particle Swarm Optimization is adopted in the optimization of the water transfer plan, and the optimal plan for the regulation and control project is obtained through multiple iterations in the D-dimensional space at the micro level. The optimal plan for the social and ecological environment and the fuzzy optimal model are used to demonstrate the optimal plan. This paper further discusses the negative impacts of various beneficial projects on the environment and water conservation.
