- Abstract
Faced with the learning problems triggered by the reduction of attention, the objective of the research is to analyze how the practice of Mindfulness guided by podcasts can impact the learning of university students. The qualitative research, with the Case Study methodology, has 3 students as its unit of analysis. Data collection took place using a sociodemographic form and 8 subsequent forms to assess the participant's development during the practices. Data analysis took place through the comparison made between the score obtained in the initial form and the score obtained in the subsequent forms. The tests analyzed the participant's memory, attention and visual perception weekly. Memory and attention had higher scores compared to baseline data. It is intended to continue the investigation using different formats of guided meditation even with higher education students.
