- Abstract
In view of the problems such as low manual operation efficiency,and the high labor intensity in the production of current portable jujube-clamping-peanuts machine,a design scheme of a portable jujube-clamping-peanuts machine controlled by a single-chip microcomputer was proposed. A three-axis self-centering feeding mechanism was used to realize automatic feeding of jujube-clamping-peanuts;the space crank slider mechanism was used to solve the problem of the motion smoothness of the push rod mechanism. The prototype experiment shows that the success rate of peanut automatic charging and positioning was 96%;the success rate of jujube-clamping-peanuts was 92%,the success rate of feeding and positioning and jujube-clamping-peanuts of the device meet the requirements of use. The device can complete automatic feeding,automatic centering,automatic core removal,automatic jujube-clamping-peanuts operations,and has the characteristics of compact structure,accurate positioning and high efficiency.
