- Abstract
Micro electrochemical milling technology has a significant prospect in the field of manufacturing metal micro-structures & micro-devices, due to its high processing flexibility, no wear of tool electrode and independent of material mechanical performances. The research progress in micro electrochemical milling technology with different electrolyte supply modes was introduced by reviewing the literature at home and abroad. The deficiency in the concern technologies of micro electrochemical milling was analyzed and the development perspective of this field was forecasted.
