- Abstract
The article presents legal developments in marketing in regards to the regulation of price competition, including price discrimination and price control (minimum and maximum). The United States Supreme Court case Jefferson County Pharmaceutical Association, Inc. v. Abbott Laboratories et al. discusses the price regulation policies of the Robinson-Patman Act. The United States Supreme Court case Falls City Industries, Inc. v. Vanco Beverages, Inc. discusses discriminatory pricing policies under the Robinson-Patman Act.
