- Abstract
The article focuses on failure of whistleblower provision of the U.S. Dodd-Frank Wall Street and Consumer Protection Act in providing protection to overseas whistleblowers. It discusses the extraterritorial application of the Dodd Frank Act in helping the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in investigating the securities fraud cases against foreign corporations. It further discusses the judicial opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court on case Morrison v. National Australia Bank.
