- Abstract
The repair effect of colla corii asini on the damaged skin barrier function was studied. Cell viability was determined by CCK-8 method. The production of Col I and IL-1a was measured by ELISA. The cell migration was determined by scratch method. The ET50 was determined by MTT. The results show that colla corii asini at the concentrations below 1% has no toxic effect on fibroblasts and can significantly promote the proliferation of fibroblasts. 1% colla corii asini can significantly increase the cell migration rate of NHDFs, and the effect is similar to that of 2% fetal bovine serum. Colla corii asini at a concentration of 1% can significantly promote the expression of type I collagen in NHDFs, but the effect is weaker than that of ascorbic acid of 15 ymol/L. 5% colla corii asini can significantly repair the damaged skin barrier and inhibit the expression of IL-1a, which is similar to dexamethasone. Colla corii asini can effectively repair and relieve the skin barrier damage and irritation caused by sodium lauryl sulfate.
