- Abstract
The polymeric membranes were prepared via spin coating method, which was synthesized with polyvinylidene pluoride(PVDF) as gel, N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) as solvent. The micro-morphology of polymer membranes, and conductivity of quasi-solid-state electrolytes and the output current-voltage (I-V) properties of the cells were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electrochemical impendance spectroscopy (EIS) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV). The results showed that the mass ratio of PVDF and DMF, and the rotation rate of spin coating influenced the mesh morphology and the absorbent properties of the polymeric membranes, which influenced the quasi-solid-state electrolyte ionic conductive performance and the photoelectric performance of the DSSCs. When the rotating speed of spin coating machine was fixed at 2 500 r/min and the mass ratio of PVDF and DMF was 1 : 8, the comprehensive performance of DSSCs was better. The open circuit voltage (Voc), short circuit current (Jsc) and conversion efficiency (η) showed the values of 0.726 V,9.96 mA ⋅ cm-2 and 3. 10%, respectively.
