The article presents a case study of a 42-year-old male who was presented with jaundice history for one month and changed sensorium for seven days. He had elevated pulsatile lesions located on his face and smaller ones at the back. Abdominal ultrasound showed a nodular outline of the liver having dew collaterals at the splenic hilum. A diagnosis of liver disease related to alcohol decompensating due to alcoholic hepatitis was made.
