- Abstract
A 28-year-old primigravida presented at 19 weeks' for suspected fetal cardiac anomaly where the diagnosis of a cardiac aneurysm was established. Differential diagnosis was made with tricuspid valve involvement, diverticulum, cardiac pseudoaneurysm and pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular septum. The cardiac aneurysm is an anomaly that constitutes 0.04% of congenital heart diseases, where atrial location is very rare.
