- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 77 years old woman who came for a routine radiological follow-up. The patient had previous history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) and she was treated with a total thyroidectomy, radical neck dissection and chemotherapy. A positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) scan of the patient showed multiple nodular lesions in both lungs.
