- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a patient from French Guiana has diagnosed at the age of 12 years with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in the context of chronic arthralgia, purpuric lesions, and panniculitis of the lower limbs. Topics include diagnosis, the dipstick revealed proteinuria and hematuria; and a kidney biopsy has performed and revealed a class IV lupus nephritis with activity 9/24 and chronicity 1/12.
