- Abstract
This article reports on a rare case of cutaneous adverse reactions caused by immunotherapies in a patient with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The patient developed reactive cutaneous capillary endothelial proliferation (RCCEP) after receiving camrelizumab, followed by erythema multiforme (EM) after switching to tislelizumab. The article discusses the diagnosis and treatment of these adverse reactions and highlights the correlation between cutaneous adverse events and positive antitumor effects. The authors emphasize the need for further research on the use of PD-1 inhibitors in AML treatment.
