- Abstract
The article presents a study which investigates the effects of historical and nonhistorical disturbance to Artemisia tridentata plant communities in the Northern Great Basin Experimental Range (NGBER) in southeastern Oregon. It evaluates the response of plant communities to their historical disturbance regimes such as grazing and burning of plant. Results show that historical conditions have an effect on the response of plant communities to disturbances.
