- Abstract
The article discusses the risks associated with investment advisor recommendations and bank liability for failed investments in relation to the Great Britain Court of Appeal's ruling in the case Rubenstein v. HSBC Bank PLC. Other topics include the legal aspects of negligent advice, unforeseeable market conditions, and Premier Access Bond investments. The British banking industry's Conduct of Business rules are examined, along with Enhanced Variable Rate Fund (EVRFs).
