- Abstract
The article presents a study on adjuvant radiotherapy treatment for pathologically advanced prostate cancer. The objective of the study was to determine whether adjuvant radiotherapy improves metastasis-free survival in patients who have stage pT3 NO MO prostate cancer. According to the article, the study found that adjuvant radiotherapy significantly reduced risk of relapse and disease recurrence in men who had undergone radical prostatectomy for pathologically advanced prostate cancer. Included are several charts and diagrams that show the results of the experiment.
