- Abstract
The article focuses on the issues surrounding the living relationship and social life in Tibet, China. Accordingly, it discusses the common reasons why people prefer to have a living relationship than marriage including the pressure from society and family and the fear of breakage. It then explores the laws concerning living relationship including the law that deals with the custody of children and the division of money and properties if a particular living relationship did not succeed.
