- Abstract
The article provides information on the linguistic identity issues which are used in China, amidst the globalization. It elucidates the significance of language in governing the country and was considered as social phenomenon. It notes that the country has faced language-related challenges on it history and cites the introduction of English language. Moreover, the modernization and globalization issues of the country's language are also noted.
