The article describe complexities associated with organization development (OD) practice in the context of the tensions and balance between Dialogic and Diagnostic OD. From a practitioner's standpoint, the continuum from diagnostic to dialogic practice depends on how much one moves from expert on the diagnostic end of the spectrum to facilitator on the dialogic end of the spectrum.
