- Abstract
The article offers the author's insights on the leadership and management style of Grameen Bank's managing director Muhammad Yunus. The author says that Yunus dedicates his life to end poverty, so he modeled a project that provide loans to the poor or microcredit in Bangladesh. Moreover, she lists eight key actions that she learned from Yunus on leading long-term organizational change including setting forth of an inspiring vision, challenging the prevailing wisdom, and becoming flexible.
