- Authors
McMorrow, Judith A.
- Abstract
The article discusses the author's views about holistic legal services in America in relation to the leadership structures of U.S. law firms, multidisciplinary legal practices, and a Brandeis brief which refers to the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis' use of a legal brief to request that a court take judicial notice of social facts. Collaborative law and Brandeis' views about the monopoly power of businesses are examined, along with non-lawyer owners of law firms.
