- Abstract
The article discusses several factors which are related to workplace sexual harassment determinations in America as of January 2013, focusing on the establishment of an alleged victim's gender, as well as information on hostile work environments and surveys by the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is addressed, along with Title VII of the nation's Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the U.S. Supreme Court case Meritor Savings Bank v. Vinson.
