- Abstract
The article presents the designation program of the U.S. Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC) to analyze the new administrative law of financial supervision as of January 2019. Also cited are the FSOC's designation of systematically significant nonbank financial institutions for federal oversight, the provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act), as well as the legality of the financial supervisory programs.
