- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 44 -year old man who was presented to a clinic due to chest pain on exertion. Computed tomography angiography of the patient revealed abnormal origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery and muscular bridging of the left anterior descending coronary artery. He was then diagnosed with Bland-White-Garland syndrome and intracoronary shunts were used to divert flow away from the site of anastomosis.
