- Abstract
The article provides an analysis of the Arizona Supreme Court during the tenure of Chief Justice Rebecca Berch. It explores the diverse possible reasons for the infrequency of dissenting opinions during Berch's tenure, including the possible role of political ideology in the split decisions and the subject-matter of cases in question. Also discussed is the impact of ideological diversity on the court's judicial decision-making.
