An editorial is presented on the implementation of the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) scheme at the general practice sector in Great Britain. Tackled is the delivery of quality of care in the country as well as patient-centered consultations. Also explored is the utilization of electronic record systems at the medical care sector.
