- Authors
Liederman, Joshua C.
- Abstract
The article discusses the issues surrounding the Copyright Act of 1976 in the U.S. and its brief history. According to the article, the Second Circuit's analysis and interpretation of the Act is misguided and supports the standard developed by the Ninth Circuit in the court case between MAI Systems Corp. and Peak Computer Inc.
