The article presents an entrepreneurial perspective for enhancing the skills required in the legal profession. The Jewish lawyer Julius Henry Cohen has developed high ethical educational standards for students to become lawyers under his professionalism project because client seeks best lawyer in the marketplace. It mentions that lawyers should draft contracts, organize commercial enterprises, and negotiate the financial instruments which are needed to fund commercial growth.
