- Title
A research agenda for migration and health.
- Authors
Darlington‐Pollock, Frances
- Abstract
There is a poignancy to reading and reviewing a book setting an agenda for research on migration and health at a time when the portability of health - and indeed disease - has never been more apparent. For example, the selectivity of migration is revisited throughout; this is an already complex topic area that is then further complicated by questions about whether and how climate change disrupts the health selectivity of migration. While focused on international migration, the questions and approaches outlined are relevant to research on internal migration, and there is significant space to better articulate the connections between internal migration, international migration, and health.
