- Abstract
The article presents information on a study according to which cholinesterase inhibitors do not reduce progression to dementia from mild cognitive impairment. It informs that the primary outcomes were progression to dementia, which included Alzheimer disease, vascular dementia and Lewy body dementia. It further informs that the economic impact and burden of mild cognitive impairment have provided some limits to the study.
