- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 57-year-old male patient with a history of loss of consciousness, severe headache and episodes of vomiting, and who was diagnosed with a bilateral superior cerebellar artery (SCA) aneurysms in the shape of a Mickey Mouse face. The diagnosis was confirmed after the patient was subjected to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), cerebral four angiography and a Guglielmi detachable coil coiling of the right-sided aneurysm.
