- Abstract
The article focuses on the Nurse Practitioner (NP) Exam Program of the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA). It notes that primary health care or family/all ages (F/AA), adult and pediatric are the three main streams of practice for NPs in Canada. It cites that the program offers the jurisdictions with licensing examinations, learning tools and resources for all the three streams. The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Adult Nurse Practitioner exam and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner exam were added to the inventory of the program in 2008.
