- Abstract
The article offers information on the various perspectives of the forfeiture and restitution in complex multivictim white-collar cases from the point of view of the prosecutor, the criminal defendant, and the victim. It informs that the U.S. Congress impose restitution as part of a criminal sentence under the Victim Witness Protection Act (VWPA). It mentions that the Mandatory Victims Restitution Act (MVRA) assists in sentencing in criminal prosecution.
