In this article the author discusses issues concerning the relationship between sleep quantity and quality on university students' stress and strain. According to the American College Health Association's (ACHA) National College Health Assessment (NCHA), health and well-being are known to have major impacts on the quality of life and academic performance of students. It adds that poor sleep habits are caused by various factors including increased social, academic, and employment demands.
