An interview with several members of the organization Public Relation Society of America (PRSA) including director of public relations Beth Heinrich, public affairs specialist Frank McNally and senior director of communications Melissa Sanders is presented. When asked about the role of public relations in building the Portland Art Museum brand, Heinrich refers it as an important factor to present the brand. Sanders discusses the strong integrated marketing approach in achieving objectives.
