- Abstract
Track utilization is the core of the organization of high-speed railway station operations, and station track utilization and train operation are mutually restrictive and influencing. To reduce the effect of train delays on the normal operation order of high-speed trains, focusing on comprehensive optimization of station track utilization and train rescheduling for high-speed railway, and taking the following constraints into consideration, i. e., the uniqueness and minimum safety interval time of track and route occupation in stations, the train stock turnround plan, a comprehensive optimization model was established to minimize volatilities of arrival and departure time of trains and station track utilization. Then, taking arrival and departure time of trains at stations as links, a comprehensive optimization algorithm based on simulated annealing algorithm was designed to make the comprehensive optimization plan on station track utilization and train rescheduling for high-speed railway. The calculation results show that the proposed method can quickly solve the comprehensive optimization of station track utilization and train rescheduling for line-level high-speed railway, and effectively reduce the effect of track utilization on adjacent stations and the effect of train delays on subsequent stations. The reasonable setting of the initial Markov chain is beneficial to enhancing algorithm efficiency. The delays of reentry passenger trains have the biggest effect on volatility of given plans, while the arrival and stop-through passenger trains have the least effect. During the adjustment process, it should be preferentially guaranteed to ensure the punctual operation of reentry passenger trains. Plan for arrival passenger trains should be prioritized for adjustment when the dispatchers decision prefers arrival and departure time stability. Stop-through passenger trains should be prioritized when the decision prefers multi-station track utilization stability. Thus, the proposed method can provide support for decision-making on train rescheduling for high-speed railway.
